The photograph you send has to be a recent one, i.e. taken within the last 12 months. The cheapest way is to use a digital one and then resize it to their requirements.
I just did my renewal about 3 weeks ago. I spoke to CFC last week & it has been approved & I should have it shortly.
As noted above, it has to be a recent photo. I took my own at a photo booth in a mall for $ 4.00, cut them to the required size. Does the job.
Or you can do your own as also noted.

Yup, as said it has to be a recent photo...............also there is a back log, so you might be waiting for awhile...........my renewal took around 3 months................even then I had to call and prompt them a bit as I need my PAL so I could attend a match........

Aww, my last picture was just after I got off 6 months on the cruiseships.. all tanned up from the Carribean. Oh well, I'll still be smilin as always, when thinking of Time On The Range

As a side note. If you go get a "passport photo", you need to trim it down, as the specifications are smaller then the passport photo.
