PAL/RPAL in Fort McMurray or Edmonton?

Does anybody know someplace without a massive waiting list to do the PAL/RPAL test in Fort McMurray or Edmonton? I would love to get into some shooting sports and am trying to take the first step.

During the fire season I was up in Ft Mac 2 years ago. There was a fella, with a big, nice motor home and he parked it in the WalMart parking lot. He did courses right out of the RV. I suspect he's not there during the winter, but ya never know. Ask around at a few gun shops.

That guy still does the course but I think he heads back to BC for the winters since he is too much of a tenderfoot to handle the Fort Mac winters.

Missed the fella in the motorhome. I'm not holding out for Fort Mac and am willing to head down the highway to Deadmonton if necessary.

I've been to Dean as well and I've sent a few friends to him as well. I called and got in the same day to do my exam.
