PAL Wait time

Hey,

So heres the back story summed up... I completed my PAL on Halloween weekend, (since I'm from Ontario they had to send me papers away) I received my official results back about December 10th. I sent them to New Brunswick where they arrived December 14th (i phoned and confirmed)

Eventually it showed up on the website, and I called weekly to politely pester them about my status... which was "completed initial processing" throughout that whole time.

For the past 3-4 weeks, whenever I call they say "It has been sent to the CFO for final processing/approval" and that's all the info I can get out of them other than "Processing is typically 45-60 days"

Should i call someone else? I'm a little lost for ideas here since the CFO seems to be taking their sweet ol time stamping my papers and sending me a card.
 
ekirts is right. call the Ontario CFO as your application will be on his desk now. The CFC sent it to him and can't tell you much more than they did.
 
Yep, if NB says it's in Ontario, it's the CFO's office you need to call. Another CGN'er ran into this in the sticky thread. It'd be a good idea to ask CFC when they sent the application to the Ontario CFO's office, so you can call with all the info. I've had nothing but polite & informed discussions with the Ontario CFO's office ladies.
