PAL Wait Times Nova Scotia

I helped my best bud renew his PAL last month. This is his 6th one I believe.
He received his renewal notice Oct 9th or 10th IIRC. His BDay is Jan 11th, so that makes sense..3 months warning.
Filled it out that evening, went to wally world for his passport photo the very next day...then to the PO to mail it in before 10 am( he wanted to make sure it went out on that days truck....LMFAO... He has NO patience in him at all...lol and wanted it done ASAP !
Yesterday, he received his new PAL back in the mail !!!!!! Start to finish for him was LESS THAN 4 WEEKS TOTAL !!
Someone was on the ball @ CFC this time around. !!
