You guys used to have a PAGE of PSA guns for sale - now you're down to one model... Whats the deal? Still stocking PSA moving forward?


Also, a large American retailer will ship most products (accessories and such) to Canada with a simple declaration signed and scanned back - as long as the controlled items total under $500. No wait times, no "cut-offs" etc. Why doesn't IRUNGUNS use this available provision to ship out smaller non-firearm orders to Canada instead of the lengthy permitting and 'next-month' shipping process that you use now?
 
Great question...

Yes, we are currently sold out of most models in Canada and due to the Government shutdown in the US it has caused some delays. We do have a number of PSA platforms coming in on this export.

As for the the 500.00 exemption, yes it is available on certain products but they are far and few between as the majority of Defense Products sold still require State or Commerce approval for export. I.E. magazines, barrels, ammo and so on.
What you are suggesting works great in a perfect world but with everything going on down here it is not possible at this time.

To complicate things further we sell such a large assortment of products we receive very few orders that would comply with the rules outlined for the exemption as there are always products in the orders that don't qualify for this exemption.
There are also a number of other steps required to ensure compliance with the 500.00 exemption that are not made public so it is not as easy as everyone thinks.

Once the changes are made to the USML and ECCN we will look into streamlining things further.
