pancake holster can be used in IPSC?

I'm going from memory here, but as long as the trigger is covered, the heel of the butt is not below the beltline, the center of the grip is less then 50mm from your torso, and the muzzle points within 1m of your feet when holstered you should be good to go for IPSC. The CC-AT looks like it meets all of the criteria.

A pancake holster may not be the most competitive IPSC holster but it will do the job.
 
That Holster looks almost exactly the same as the Galco one I use in IPSC.
