I had a small problem with my SSP-SE1 and decided to call Para-Ord's customer service to see if they could help. I fully expected to be told to send the gun back through North Saliva (really North Sylvia but I have become used to calling them that) the Ontario distributor, but no! They took the time to understand the problem and had me set up with a solution on the same day.

Hats off to the guys in Scarborough! Now if I could only afford a Todd Jarrett Limited and a Stainless LDA HiCap Ltd.

Bought one of their products once. Their poor customer service guaranteed that I would never buy another!
