If you were to buy a Para-Ordnance pistol, what finish would you get it in? What about caliber and style?

I'm looking at ordering a new Para LDA in .45, but I'm hesitating on the finish...

Stainless? Black? Blueing? or Coyote Tan?

I'm interested in finding out what you guys think.

Cheers

I can only comment on what I've got, P13-45 in stainless. This is the commander size with double stack mags. It's still heavy enough to absorb the recoil.

It was my first 45 and when I got used to it I really enjoyed it. It fits my hands very well and my shooting improved a lot since I bought it. The finish is very nice and I get a lot of compliments about it, at the range.

I'd like a Covert Black LTC in .40S&W.

I don't understand why Para has so few .40's in their line.

Pretty even votes across the board... I've decided to go with a Para 1911, Single action single stack .45 with ambi safety, nite sights, rail, etc.

... in BLACK! :D

I will post pictures when I get it...

It will be a custom gun with engraving on it too

Cheers
John
