Para P16-40 trigger issue

I purchased a single action limited a month ago and have been hoping with some trigger time that it would get worked in a bit but nope....still about 5 pounds. I need to get this down to a more comfortable 3 or 3.5 pounds for any type of consistancy. Can anyone offer up any advise on how to adjust?

There are bunch of sites on the web on how to perform a 1911 trigger job - BUT - it can be rather tricky if you don't know what you're doing.

My suggestions? Send to Gunnar at Armco and he'll work that trigger over nicely. Reasonable prices as well.
