I have been searching high and low for a lower front sight for my Expert 45 as it shoots low, the back sight is a government fixed not much available so the next solution would be to install a lower front blade. My blade is .170 from the top of the slide a .150 would help however trying to find one in Canada has been hard.

This is what I do know
Front sight is Novak .250X.185 @ 20 degrees is this compatible with any other brand of pistol?

These photos were sent by the Canadian supplier not much help?

The question was: how high is the sight blade? Do these make sense to anybody?

Correct me if I am wrong isn't a Novak front sight cut 65x330 . Wanstall stocks a Government rear sight made by LPA it is adjustable sells for about $125 it will require minor fitting .I have installed several nice product Front sight is measured from the top of the slide to the top of the slide.

This pistol use a Novak dovetail there are 6 different cuts for various manufactures, nothing is easy

I don't think you have a Novak cut on the Para I also own a couple and they use a front sight cut of their own. .235 wide at the base dovetail is .185 deep .30degree
