Does the Cooey 64B have a bolt-hold open? It's rather unnerving to me not knowing when my last shot has been fired, or being able to properly prove safe.
Pardon the NOOB style question, but....

I checked mine but it's a Cooey 64A. And it doesn't have bolt-hold open feature after the last shot, nor an uncocking feature. 
The safety has 2 slots by the side of the action though and that holds the bolt part way open so the gun can't fire.

yeah, I know aboyut that part... mine's a little difficult to engage that way.
