A few years back, just before WSS closed up shop, they had some great deals on Pardus shotguns. Since then I have seen semi-autos and pumps come up for sale. But I haven't noticed any over/unders listed. So I am curious about them. Have they been good guns and everyone is hanging onto them? I bought one at the time. It was $499.00 and it was the engraved model. Thing is, I didn't keep it. Just wondering if I made a mistake?

Oh, I'm not beating myself up over selling it. I have gotten rid of far nicer guns. I was just curious as to why it seems like you don't see any for sale like the pumps or semis. Is it because they turned out to be reliable and people are keeping them or are they junk and people don't want to sell them, lol. Guess we need to hear from people who bought and used them.

I have one in 20ga i liked enough to keep around. I don't think there were nearly as many sold as the pumps and semis, and even marked down they cost quite a bit more. I assume the type of people who got 3 pumps at the slashed prices and kept the best one and sold the others didn't do the same with the over/unders.

Like most cheap turkish guns they're hit or miss quality wise, some work flawlessly, some don't ever work. It's light enough to be nice to carry, it points well for me and goes bang when i pull the trigger.

I'm never going to use it for a lot of rounds shooting clays, it's light enough that even at 20ga it can get sore after a while, and i have no expectations of it holding up to 20000 rounds.

But for the price, it's nice to carry and i don't mind throwing it in the truck, or pushing alders out of the way with the barrels for fear of scratches.
