Parker-Hale 1200 Target 308

I have the opportunity to purchase a 1200 chambered in 308. Wood is in great condition, Appears to be in a competition profile (wide forend). Barrel is in good shape, but this doesn't matter seeing I have a 1-13 30 cal sitting in the closet.

What I need to know..
1. What is this worth?
2. Are the barrel threads square cut or standard?
3. Are there any after market triggers?
4. If this is the civilian version of their sniper rifle, is there a source for the bottom metal and magazines in Canada?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

You don't mention any sights or accessories. $500 or so for the basic rifle?
Threads are standard large ring Mauser, 1.1" diameter, 12 pitch RH IIRC. Not square.
Any trigger for a 98 could be fitted. The PH triggers aren't bad, and are adjustable.
Its a target rifle. There are similarities to a C3, but it isn't a civilian version. Might be possible to find the setup for the detachable magazine. Certainly not something you see in the EE all the time.
