Parker Hale bases

I am all googled out. I am looking for a 1 piece weaver or picatinny base for a PH 1200 receiver. front is thinner than the rear of the base. If you can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.

The PH 1200 receiver has the same contour and hole spacing as the Mark X and Browning FN Mauser sporter.
