Parker Hale parts compatibility

I have a Parker Hale 1200 in 30-06 that's been collecting dust in my vault. It shoots well but needs a little TLC. I am looking to replace the iron sight, both front and back, and perhaps change the stock to something synthetic like MacMillan.

Can anyone offer some insight into compatibility of various pieces made for the Mauser K98 etc?

The receiver bolt locations are the same as a commercial standard Mauser. Bottom metal is different, trigger is different (which isn't to say you can't make others work, but they will require some modification). So a commercial 98 Mauser stock can be made to work. pretty sure McMillan makes a stock for the Ph though. By sights do you mean irons or glass? - dan
 
If you are at all handy, a Bansner (Hi-Tec) is a great alternative as well. If you are paying someone to fit/finish/paint it, there is no cost savings to be had though.
Had one on a 35 whelen that tamed the recoil significantly!
