Parker Hale WE1 3/8" Rail on Aussie L1A1

Anyone know what the rings for this 3/8" scope rail should be.
Who might have them would be nice too.

A home made scope mount? Is the cover tight?

Likely, but the the rail and cover have the same overall finish, screwed and silver soldered (?). Some corrosion showing around what I assume is the solder.
Side to side play is OK and 2-3 mil play front to back, maybe less if I can find my feeler gauges. Picked both of these up last night.
