Please bear with me here, this is yet another Parker Hale thread. I own a minty - unmodified - PH from the 1960s that my dad bought new. Very nice gun. My question is; does anyone know the definitive source of info for identifying the numerous iterations of this company's guns? I have done an exhaustive search and found many knowledgeable sources/persons to help out, but have yet to find another gun quite like mine or a comprehensive listing of PH's numerous versions. Every time I think I am getting close to finding a twin, or someone who truly has unraveled the mystery, it turns into another blind alley. I'm not losing sleep, but I am quite intrigued.

Is it a Spanish made gun marked and perhaps finished by Parker Hale?
I would suspect that these were done up in batches and likely show variations based on where and when they were sourced.

Very likely Ugartechea ...... proofmarks on the flats/water table will offer much insight.

Please post some images when you are able to - specially the bbl flats and the receiver....what the heck , just post a complete image of the sxs as well. I, for one, never tire of looking at firearms.

Yes, pictures always help, as long as they are in focus. Use the MACRO button for close-ups.
