Parkerized finish - how to repair

I have a STI Spartan that when I bought it about 5 years ago I quickly scribed what I think is called an "idiot mark" . It has the Parkerized finish so I can't use cold blue to touch it up. What have other people used to repair this type of finish?

Cold blue does help cover up marks on parkerized finishes. It's better than seeing bright shiny steel.

Your only option, I think, is to blast and re parkerize.

Dont let that little scratch bother you,you'll get it repaired and next thing you know it will be like... Opps scratched again.....Live with it.
