alright. So there's no exact science to this, i usually have 2 birds or more and it doesn't have to be partridge. it can be duck,goose,woodcock but you'll need alot of them. Or any other game bird. Alright so your gonna need a fryin pan of course. A big white onion or 2 i preffer lotsa onion. aplate of flour, and your bird. Alright to you batter up the bird oh ya cut it into strips. Then throw er in the fryin pan till it's got a nice golden brow crisp on the outside, then cook your onions to however you like em, then pour a bit of water in and make gravy, then throw your bird back in, and stir it up warm it up and throw er on some buttered toast and this stuff is to die for.

Almost too simple to call a recipe..... Very similar to my fav grouse dish but servered over rice..
