As for the bolt retaining screw, that will be a very difficult part to find on it's own. The 71/84s bolt retaining screw is held in place by, I believe, a pin through the bolt body. I have honestly never removed the pin or the screw from any of my 71/84s so you would be going into uncharted territory there.
To proceed with your work, you would have to try to tap that pin out and then unscrew what is left of the screw head or body from the bolt. Your best bet is to locate a parts bolt and salvage the needed retaining screw from that. Make sure you get the washer as well.
