Parts ID help

I really like the look of this rifle, I was wondering if anyone can ID: the stock, sights and muzzle break that are on this rifle?

It looks like it, but the cheek rest threw me off, is that added on after ? Also I didn't think paint would hold onto the rubber of the hogue.

The stock is a Hogue overmold M700 stock and likely the rifle ,the M700 SPS Tactical

that scout scope worries me, I m not a fan of drilling mounting holes into a barrel

Won't be mounting an optic, gonna stick with irons.
On second glance that rifle looks like its cgi doesn't it?
Explains the odd painted/ cheek piece hogue...
I geuss because the image is fake, the parts on the rifle might be as well.

Must be fun trying to get good eye relief off of that sucker.

Well savage has a scout rifle with a similarconfig. Maybe you can check that out and work on the r700 based on those parts /
