Some of the western CAS competitors might remember a lady whose alias was "Inky Fingers". She passed away this week after a long, courageous fight with the "Big C'".
Two years ago at the SASS Championships at the KTSA range near Kamloops, she shot the match with a chemo shunt in her arm. When she was awarded the "Spirit of the Game" award, she got a standing ovation, many hugs and there was not a dry eye in the house.
