Paul Reibin RIP

Paul and Pat stayed with us about 20 years ago when he was doing a cross-Canada shooting tour. Range Sports is customer #12 and our business relationship was first rate - no 60+ day receivables from Paul which are common these days!

He had to be the no. 1 business supporter of the DCRA with multiple pages in the Bisley booklet and other publications. Overall good guy and life-long promoter of organised target rifle shooting in Canada.

Nice to see the Range Sports name carrying on with Mark and John out of Calgary.

I met him and his sons at the Kamloops gun show, I was donating my time to help a friend. Turns out we were selling off what we could for him. His family brought him in for a visit. It was like meeting Gun, our table was swarmed. I decided to allow them time with him and kept away from the commotion. I was personally invited to the celebration of life by his sons, unfortunately I had to be in Kelowna to pick up my brother.
While I only met him at the end of his story, from everything I saw it was a good story.
 
Great man, great stock-builder, great shooter. I finished second to him a couple times in F matches. He was always very humble and a gentleman. The sport lost another very valuable member with his passing.
RIP Paul.
