Payment of PAL?

Just passed my CFSC and CFRSC course. Paid $180 for both. Now do I send in the receipt with my PAL application and that counts as payment or do I have to send a seperate money order for the application and not the receipt?
 
The course fee does NOT include the fee for the PAL application.
You need to send in seperate payment with the pal application.
 
The good news is that - for now, at least - license renewals are free.

The next $80. license fee might be the last money you ever directly have to pay to the RCMP.
