Hello everyone,

I picked up a PC9, figured I'd try some IPSC PCC.

Wanted to see what people were running:

1) What red dot do you run on your PCC and why.

2) Are you running standard glock mags or 10/33 mags.

Thank you,

i had TRS-25 then switched to a Votrex then took it off all together for different reasons

I have used 10 rd Pmags, Glock 40 (holds 13) and the clear plastic junk that comes with a JR carbine.
It fed all no problem.

What I use the most are the 10rd Pmags. I got a bunch on sale.

I use the Bushnell TRS-25. As far as I’m concerned it’s the best value red dot for plinking and target shooting purposes.

I just use standard mags.

A Holosun 510C and OEM Glock mags. Spend a little more and stick with original Glock mags to avoid any issues. Only time we ran the 33's was when we would shoot matches in the US, unlike up here where they need to be neutered for our own safety.

I'm running a holoson with no complaints.

I noticed that the standard glock mags bind slightly so I use pmags now...haven't had any issues.

Anyone running a Pc9 MLok - if so let me know where you mounted the dot.

Looking to put it on the barrel to prevent any sighting in issues from removing the barrel often etc.

Did you just put it on a rail on top?

Midwest has a badass mount but only compatible with there forend unfortunately

I'd run the dot mounted to the barrel to avoid any shifting issues. If I were running a LPVO, then I'd probably stick to using the receiver mount option so as spread the rings apart or to hold a unimount.

I’ve never had any shifting issues with taking the rifle down and putting it back together and I’ve done it every time I’ve travelled with it. The barrel lockup seems fine so in my experience this is an overblown issue. Obviously, others may have a different experience.

I run a Sig Romeo 5 on top and a Sig Romeo 1 on a 45 degree mount (Sig fanboy alert) and run exclusively Glock 30 rounders…Magpul mags are ok but I have a couple that have sh*t the bed in the middle of a match so I just use them as practice mags or as a Barney mag for matches.

Do yourself a favour and try and find a Jawbone mag release for it…
