PCMR Ammo ???

Wondering if this could be PCMR related as ammunition was made specifically for them but normally 30-30 not 06 and red band C broadhead.
Appear to be solid copper on strippers.

Red stripe denotes non-standard ammo....not.303. This ammo was issued with P-17 rifles to RCAF for airbase security, and some PCMR units (Victoria area). Most PCMR units were issued Remington 160gr. FMJ 30-30 cartridges in 20 round boxes.

Red stripe on box follows US practice red denoting ball ammo. Large quantity of US 30-06 ammo was imported with M1917 rifles.
