PE-90 Uppers question

Hey all,
Looking at AR uppers I was wondering ; Are PE-90 uppers interchangeable on the same lower? Are uppers avaliable separately?

Yes the swiss arms lowers are the same, and in theory you could change it out for a differnt length upper. But, the upper on a swiss arms is considered the firearm. The lower isnt. This actually makes it legally much easier to pursue this idea. However, you cannot buy the uppers by themselves. Sadly.

Nothing weird about it, the upper is serialized making it the "proper" firearm portion of the gun.
