Or a Lyman side mount if it's not drilled and tapped up top for a skinner. Skinner also has one for the barrel dovetail but something further back on the receiver would be better.
I've got a Williams FP on my Marlin 39M. It's a good sight. I think they run around $70 - $80 and just about any decent gun shop should have them or be able to get them.
