Since one of my PCV mags started acting wonky, I was gonna run one LAR mag anyway for tomorrow's match and having been unable to draw a lar mag from my current pouches, I was looking for something to stuff the pouches with, thinking cutting a piece of 1/2 or just shoving some cardboard... Well, I was also loading my ammo boxes, packing up for the match anyway, and noticed that this 9mm ammo tray just might work. As it turns out, it goes in with just enough resistance for retention. So I cut off a piece off each end, stuffed them (flat side up) into the 2 pouches that I'll be running LAR mags out of and presto! Easily extractable LAR mags 
Figured I'd give you guys the heads up if you are looking for a pouch stuffer and I had plenty of trays lying around having bought ammo from a commercial reloader in the area.
