Personal History Question.

Hello everyone!

This is my first post. My POL expired a few years ago, and recently I decided to get back into this. In March, I successfully challenged the CFSC exam, then in May I successfully completed the CRFSC course and exam. I have had some issues over the past year with anxiety which has been brought under control with medication and counselling. As far as a record goes, criminal or otherwise, I don't think the world even knows that I exist. Has anyone else had an experience like this, or something similar? If so, did you have any problems? I have added a sheet of paper to my application stating everything above, including my Doctor's phone/fax number, address, and the medication that I am taking. I also have a letter from my family physician stating she is aware that I am applying for a firearms license and has no issues with this, and that I am not a threat to the safety of the public or to myself. My neighbours are my references and they have no problems with this. Any help is greatly appreciated.

sounds like you are good to go concerning paperwork etc. the cfc might give you or your doctor a call though just to conferm that everything is in order.

you should have no problem though, there are cases on the books where people have assault charges and mental issues and they still issued them there pal and rpal.
