Pet loads for 6 mm Rem, and 243 Win;

Bullet: Sierra 85 Grain HPBT
Powder: 43.2 grains of IMR-4350
Primer: Remington 9-1/2
Case: Remington
Firearm: Ruger 77R

Velocity: 3128 FPs @ 15' from muzzle
Caliber: .243 Winchester
Bullet: Sierra 85 Grain HPBT
Powder: 40.4 grains of IMR-4350
Primer: Remington 9-1/2
Case: Remington
Firearm: Ruger 77R
Optics: Leupold 3x9
Velocity: 3010 FPS @ 15' from muzzle
Accuracy: 5-shots, 200-yards, <0.75"
Some of my better 6mm Remingtion loads:
- 58 gr Hornady V-MAX, 36 gr IMR-3031, Rem large rifle primers.
- 70 gr SMK, 42 gr Varget, CCI large rifle primers
- 75 gr Hornady V-MAX, 41 gr Varget, CCI large rifle primers.
- 87 gr Hornady V-MAX, 39 gr Varget, CCI large rifle primers.
All well below 0.5 MOA for 5 shots groups. All using Winchester brass. Remington 40-XB "stock" rifle.

Hey thanks folks, gonna try those for sure, looking at deer loads mostly, and the sierra is a deer bullet I think? Darn calibers do like the medium weights for sure.

105gr Speer, .030" gave me 3024fps in a 24" tube.
Didn't have a whoile lot of time to work with the load but this shot moa right off the bat.
Christy used this load for her Antelope,
I used it for three deer. Nice shooting but the bullets mentioned in my load are crap, they act like a varmint bullet and vaporize even on a Whitetail at 200 yards.
They are wicked on coyotes too.
I loaded up some Nosler Bal. Tips for a friend a couple years back, using cci200's and IMR4350@ 42.5gr. He only ever used this load on youtes as far as I know and although he never reported any group size, he said he never missed with them either! Velocity was 3030fps.
