Peterson Brass

I think it's been around for awhile, and for those that absolutely wont shoot a new piece of belted brass with-out necking it up and putting a false shoulder on it it might be a big deal. In my world; I simply haven't found it to be a big deal at all. I lose my brass to loose primer pockets for the most part. If someome made over size primers I'd be the first one at the party.;)

Is there a way to check to see if your barrel is at the min or max "headspace"?

Would you need a custom die to size long brass all the way down the belt (possibly a Larry Willis die)?
