PGW Coyote --Mounting scope question on rings

Just purchased a PGW Coyote in 6.5 Creedmoor with a 25 moa rail. Will be mounting a NightForce ATACR 5-25×56 with 34mm tube.

Haven't recieved the rifle yet for measurements.
Need to order some rings. Wondering what height to order. I know the rail is set a bit higher than many rifles. Looking for input from others who have a Coyote with the same / similair size scope. Outside of objective is 65mm.

NIGHTFORCE XTRM come in 1.0, 1.125, 1.375, 1.50 / inch heights I was hoping 1.125 would work or 1.375 maximum.

Hello THT. I had an ATACR on an A5 Timberwolf with a 40 moa rail and used 1.125" 34mm Ultralite NF rings. I've since moved a bunch of scopes around so I wouldn't be able to provide you with any measurements as I currently have a different setup on that rifle. I do know that it worked fine with the 1.125" rings though.

I have Coyote, ATACR and the NF rings : I.125 NF's will work even with shade attached - but it will be one sheet of paper clearance between the NV rail and the shade so you may wish to go 1.375 or that wee bit more clearance.

I forgot all about those goofy NV rails. If you're like myself and don't have the rails then you do not need taller rings than 1.125".

You can use the 1.125's if you remove the NV rail spacers but still best to go a wee bit taller.
