Hey everyone, looking for some advice. This is my situation.

I own a PGW Coyote, I didn't have any issues with the 3 Position safety latch that is on the bolt with the stock trigger.

I switched to Trigger tech and was informed it wouldn't work (the safety latch) which was no big deal.

Now i have gone back to my stock trigger and I can no longer engage in my safety latch and I can't figure out why.

I have adjusted the trigger tension all the way in to all the way out and tried the safety latch every quarter turn with no luck.

When i take out the bolt itself and I pull back on the sear catch. I can engage the safety. So what appears to be happening is, when my bolt is readied and able to fire. The sear is not pulling my firing pin far enough to the rear to allow the safety catch to move.

The trigger itself can only be adjusted for tension. The set screws for the sear engagement and pre/over travel have been preset by PGW and your no longer able to adjust. Nothing has been done to this trigger since I originally removed it when it worked

Thoughts on where I should go from here?

Also, yes I have sent Ross and email and i'm just waiting to hear back but i'm impatient and figured some of you may be able to help in the mean time.

None of the adjustments on the trigger will affect how the safety works. I'm not quite sure what is causing the problem, but we will take care of it for you. We would be able to install your Trigger Tech trigger and get the safety functioning at that time as well.

Hey Steve, the trigger tech I had ended up having a recall on it and I ended up upgrading my AR trigger which is why I placed the original back in. If you send me a pm we can talk some. More. I have some photos to show
