Great looking bipod... I would expect it to very stable.

When I was designing the MPOD, I almost went this route but was concerned it could obscure the scope. Looks like you have the scope nice and high so this is likely not an issue with your set up

Any idea what it weighs?

Thanks for the photos. Funny you post this, as last night while searching bipods, I stumbled across Bottomley´s review and read it. A good little review which outlines, what I think to be, a well designed bipod. I´ve been sold on low slung bipods since my TRG. Glad someone local has had a good experience ordering one. This makes it even more appealing.

I believe Vince weighed it at 1lb 3oz.I have not.

For "tube" forends , this makes a decent option.
For the DTA SRS it's on in the pics,it's excellent.

I think Vince covered it pretty well (see link)
I'm changing out the tensioning screw for a hand adjustable thumbscrew or lever. It's the only small con I found.
Actually behaves very well under recoil with NO tension.

I've always wanted a bipod the hung the barrel below. Of course this comes about after having no luck finding such a beast and dropping a ton of money on a JoyPod.
