Apologies to anyone trying to get through to us recently, or wondering why we have not responded to emails.

It seems some dumfuq stole a bunch of copper wire from Telus... Where this concerns us is... It was still in use.

Happened to some business here too with another ISP, good news is they installed Fiber instead of repairing copper.
