hey guys anything abnormal on the base of these cases?

slight marking around it but not sure if it means anything?

as in when im chambering out the rounds, or in the rounds?

they r once fired an not running hot, out of a tikka t3 308

* well in that pic is factory corelokts with Gold primer, an a few ive loaded once with varget an fed primers Silver

When fired your cases are fire formed to your chamber and probably will not allow the fired case to rotate. So the bolt rotates and not the case.

Look at your bolt face. It has a wee ridge around the firing pin hole. Nothing to worry about.
