Pic rail adapter ?

Not sure if this is the right spot but I’ve got a few rifles with the old style very narrow grove for scope mounts and I want to put red dots on them so I’m wondering if anyone knows of an adapter from the old narrow style to a pic rail I’ve tried looking online couldn’t find it

Searching dovetail to picatinny mount should help. I’m not sure who makes a good one or if they’re any good in general
