Picatinny Rail for Savage SA

I just bought Savage Model 12 FCV. Then i bought a Vortex Diamondback Scope and a set of rings. Now i want to mount said scope on to said rifle with a picatinny rail and it seems like I'm looking for a unicorn! I've gone through all the purchasing steps from midway, EGW, One stop Tactical (which no longer carries that rail), optics planet, Hi caliber services and amazon. What Gives! why is it so hard to find a picatinny rail! Trying to get one out of the states almost sounds like your trying to smuggle illegal aliens or something and amazon cancelled my order and didn't send any email correspondence. Does anyone know where to purchase one in the Greater Vancouver Area? or a Canadian site i could try. It makes me mad that something so trivial as a set of rings and a base can't be ordered from the USA. I understand that they are going through some tense times with gun control. But Really? if I'm ordering the rings and base I already have the gun and just because i own a gun doesn't mean I'm going to commit a crime with it! End Rant!
 
contact JErry at mystic precission or prophet river fire arms, i beleive they are both EGW dealers and may have what you need.. alberta tactical migh be able to help too, but im not sure if they deal with much savage stuff.

Ken Farrell industries I just received a 30MOA rail can confirm it is cut to Picatinny dimensions. It is also very well made. No issue shipping to Canada.
 
I ordered a 20 moa base from Jerry at mystic precision, hope to see it by next week. thank you to all of you who responded. I was getting a little discouraged by the lack of aftermarket support.
