Picatinny Rail

I have a question...

What is the differance between a Picatinny style Ring and a weaver style ring?

My gun has a Picatinny rail (Badger Ordanance 20MOA) on it and I need to get the rings... I am probably going to get Warne Rings but there is Weaver Style and Picatinny style..

What to do?!

Basically the width of the grooves. Weaver rings will fit Picatinny, but Picatinny/mil spec will not generally fit a weaver base.
