Picatinny scope mounted adaptor

Good day all , its been a while since I've been active . I'm looking for Help .

Can anyone tell me where I can get my hands on 1 of these ( see link). Amazon / Ebay is a joke , everything is coming out of China. I've been 4 months waiting for it to come in .

Anyone in Canada sell these .

if you do I need 1 inch, I have 30mm. I may have found a solution at Wolverine supplies by using ring reducers . My adaptor did not come with them .
