Pick a rail and mounts for a Rem 700 and NF 50mm obj

I have this Rem 700 long action and am looking to mount a NF 5.5-22 w/ a 50mm obj. I would like to start with 20 moa rail and a set of good quality rings. What rail and rings would you suggest? What height of rings also?
Looking to mailorder these parts so who has good prices?

I use a NF base and TPS rings, but if ATRS has got everything in stock I'd suggest just going there and looking at your options.
