Went by Big 5 Sporting goods in Bellingham, WA and got a nice Swiss K31 for 79 bucks, and also picked up a Webley MkVI at another shop. Webley has uncut cylinder 8)

Many of the Webleys that were imported into the US in the 60's had the rear of the cylinder cutdown so .45 ACP halfmoon clips could be used. Caliber .455 ammo was to hard to get, converting these to .45 ACP made selling them easier. They were not considered collectors items back then.

Nope, 79 bucks was the advertised retail price. Looked at 5 different ones, picked one with a walnut stock. Big 5 is a retail sporting goods chain in the western US.
