Awesome pics Longshot! Keep 'em coming, only about 1200 more right? 
The reason there are no glasses on the shooters is because it is very dificult to shoot properly with them on.Keep in mind here that we don't shoot off a bench or even much prone.Almost all the events require you to exert yourself in one form or another before shooting.Fogged glasses,glasses banging your scope every time you fire or the frame getting into your sight picture while shooting from various positions is not conducive to winning.Glasses are just one more thing to worry about in an already seriously complicated set of matches.And when you are shooting for your country you try to de-complicate things as much as possible to end with a good result.

Just want to make one comment:
I don't know if everyone that visit's the site knows how much more difficult it is to move and shoot with all your protective gear on is? Especially shooting pistol compared to shooting pistol with a tee shirt on at a civilian range.
