Pics from the Tactical Imports booth at the 2017 Sportsmen's Show

I forgot to thank you for the great pics RL1 ...I got excited when I saw the Type 81, great work.

Upon closer inspection it does appear the butt of the stock is designed that way and not chipped. If you look closer it has it on both sides and matches where the metal receiver dips down to a lower point. If I'm wrong please correct me.

Then it would be stained with the rest of the stock.
 
good eye..i zoomed in my high res pics and it is indeed on both sides..i dare not post the pics here at the risk of creating controversy lol

how about the matching hat? lol...oh i didnt even know CCFR has a sweater (did you see my pics of their booth in my full review?)...i just checked their website and they have them up to 5xl lol...matching hat too..hmmmm..i do have an NRA set as well...

I was wishing I had snapped a pic of the type 81 before I left and kicking myself for having not so was very happy to see this post. The wood furniture reminds me of a Norinco / Polytech Type 56
