Well I finally have completed my Carbon fiber 15 kit.
I have the following uppers:
DPMS 16 inch 22 LR
DPMS 11.5 223
DPMS 20 inch 223
AA? 5 inch 9mm and
Bushmaster SS fluted 16 inch 223
And everything feeds and works great!
Pic of feed ramp on the carbon fiber upper. I have about 1000 rounds thru it, no problems. The M16 bolt works great with it also.

Carbon on the bottom
If anyone is thinking of getting one, do so without concern. It shoots as well as any other mil spec AR. There is one small problem. To have a CAR stock you will need a full size bolt (not the shorty that comes with it) and you will need to reverse the catch plate, unless you want to cut into the fiber to make it fit. Bushmaster told me that they will have a new plate soon. Also the detent isn't in the butt. See pics.
