With the recent thread on Mini-14 value, and usefulness, I snapped a couple pics of my mini for the lad who was about to buy one.

I'd sure love to see some close up photos of the new mini's "ghost ring" (front and back) as well as shot of the insides (gas system) If you got em' post em'.

I should add that the last photo is a picture of my mini-14 9 shot group at 100 yards with S.A Surplus .223 - not bad IMHO. Check out the 6 shots in the "X" and "10" ring. ignore the others

Also, I got a little "Photo Artsy" and took a picture of my new back pack from Wholesale sports that I just got yesterday. I thought it was pretty cool and had planned to take my laptop to work with me in it. - my wife said I'd look like a mad man (suit, tie, camo back pack I just think it would look plain COOL!)
