The rails are now in stock so we had to do up one shotgun and take some pictures.

Is that you?

I thought it was Farmboy. :D

Glad you guys got the full rail. Now I'm pissed off I sold my origonal Brobee. :(
At least it went to a good home and lead to them being remade.

Bummer. Checking out the pics, looks like the butt end isn't going to be compatable with my Knoxx 'Spec Ops' stock. Are you contemplating a saddle mount rear end, similar to the current B Square saddle mount...?

no not really
The idea of the long rail is to mount your optic as far foward as you can.
The stock is set up to make the shotgun feel and have the same set up as your ar15/c7/ m16.
I have my 870 and my 2 ar15s set up the same and shooting the brobee 870 set up has the same LOP and optic set up.
There is allmost no training time.
This consept has been well used in things like the m16 to 9mmSMG that colt did in the early 1980,s.
Another good thing about the brobee consept is that the rail and adaptor just bolt on no drilling and taping your gun.
Aswell the brobee is the only long rail that does not free float, it is secured by a clamp at the end of the rail.
All of the copys of the AR15/870 adaptor and rail do not have a secure rail system and you can move them out of true just but pushing on the rail.
This is not so with the brobee Ar15/870 cqb adaptor and rail syetem

I'm in the same boat...looks like we are back to the drawing board.
I didn't want to have to drill and tape for a rail, but it looks like that's the only option. :(

Calum you should try the brobee set up with an m4 stock and rubber butt pad, that with a Houge ar15 pistol grip takes most of the punch out of the 12 ga recoil.
With the rail and the adaptor it makes the gun a little heaver, and that helps.
As a super light 12ga i.e the fabarms and a 12ga slug sure do put you off.
i put 500rds down range with the brobee and did not feel to bad after.
