This is our latest project, we purchased a building to turn into a cool store , this is what it looked like 2 months ago when we took it over:


THIS IS THE OUTSIDE:

We tackled the downstairs first, for our PAL & other training courses:

FIRST, CLEAN IT UP:



THEN DRYWALL:

2 WEEKS LATER, WE HAD OUR CLASSROOM:

START THE CLEANUP:





GUT IT, THOSE ARE OLD GROWTH REAL 2"X4" ON EDGE TO CREATE A SOLID WALL!



CEILING JOISTS ARE 26' CONTINUOUS OLD GROWTH ROUGH CUT



DRYWALL:



GOT SLAT BOARD FOR ALL THE WALLS:



A COOL SKS & HERE IS WHERE WE ARE NOW, 1 WEEK FROM OUR GRAND OPENING JUNE 1ST!!

Yes, almost 8 weeks to do it all. All new wiring, plumbing, ducting, heating, flooring, lighting, drywall, paint, alarm, surveillance, security & signage. I even took 2 whole days off to shoot an IPSC match! Feels like im doing one of those reality shows with a crazy deadline...
