I recently purchased a Nickel Pietta 1873 with a 7.5" barrel. I have been looking for a lower wide hammer and wide trigger that i can install. Does anyone know where i can order one?

The wide trigger won't fit unless you do some smith work to widen the trigger gap in your frame.
The Taylors & Co Running Iron stainless hammer might be a drop in fit or some mild smith work but it's part no. U4526002-RI and $129US direct from Taylors & Co. They do ship to Canada for around $23US.
The case hardened version is a bit cheaper at $92.US (part no. A4119002). but won't match your nickel finish.

There would actually be a fair amount of smithing needed. The timing of the cylinder bolt is determined partly by the trimming of the cam on the side of the hammer and the final lock up is set by the hammer position as determined by the hammer hook and trigger sear. So it would be very lucky indeed if this were a drop in fit.
